Legacy is something that can be remember for a very long time either for  good or for bad that talks about about an individual. A legacy can be a role model to others, example of a legacy "Nelson Mandela", we all know him very well indifferent, views some as a father, some as grand - father, some as a role model, to me as a whole, he is conqueror because he saved the black African from injustice,   injustice in the case of apartheid in south Africa ( A policy which allows only the whites hav political right and blacks are forced to live away from whites),  but here he opposed, which led him into prison for many years but still stood firmly that blacks must not be separated separated, as you can see now black's now have right in politics, what a great legacy!!!
He added, a legacy develops from a life dedicated to self reflection and purpose, what will be revealed and what we endure is a truthful and value driven body of living. You should never forget this that every person has a legacy, you may not know what your impact is, and it may not be something that you can  write on your tombstone, but every person has an impact on this world. It is now left for you to choose which type of impact you will impact on people. It always tell people you shouldn't batle tallest, fastest, prettiest, richest but you can be nicest human being that someone has ever met in their lives. A legacy shouldn't be also been nice, passionate but should be the lives you have touched, how many heart you have changed,  how many lives you have changed and how many lives you have transformed.

Life they say is a gift from God but life isn't for free. It's an investment from God into you and one day we will have to give account of what we did with it. Many live for themselves alone but only few realised that the life we're given isn't for us, it's a fulfilment of God's promise to someone else. The aim of life isn't to live forever but to create something that will live forever. The aim of life is to die and look back to see how many life we've changed and how many life we've touched. The aim isn't how long we live but how many life we've come to save at the end. Your legacy isn't what you leave for people but what we live in people.

Building a legacy is what you create, give, impact and contribute to today while you're here that then happens to live on. It start with you, because a quote once says "There's reward for doing good, and there's a recompense for doing bad". So as a leader, leaving a great  legacy is arguably, is the most powerful thing you can do in your career and life because it enables you to have influence well into the future - even if you are out of the picture yourself. It's key to optimize your impact on your organization and it's people. It takes on immortality, and it is how we live on after death. If we think of our legacy as a gift, it places an emphasis on the thoughtful, meaningful, and intentional aspects of legacy. The consequences of what we do now will outlive us.
What one leaves behind is the quality of one’s life, the summation of the choices and actions one makes in this life, our spiritual and moral values.
